Agustín del Castillo (* 1565 in Sevilla; † 1626 in Córdoba<ref>Nicolás de la Cruz y Bahamonde: Agustín del Castillo (spanisch) in Viage de Espanã, Francia, é Italia, 1813.</ref><ref>Agustín del Castillo (spanisch) in Hijos de Sevilla Ilustres en Santidad, Letras, Armas, Artes, Ò dignidad, 1791.</ref>) war ein spanischer Maler des Barocks.

Del Castillo erlernte das Malen in Sevilla bei Luis Fernández, zog dann nach Córdoba und malte überwiegend Fresken und Ölbilder für kirchliche Gebäude der Gegend. Die meisten seiner Bilder haben nicht bis in die heutige Zeit überlebt.<ref>Agustín del Castillo, Friedrich Müller - Die Künstler aller Zeiten und Völker.</ref> Sein Bruder war der Maler Juan del Castillo.
