Barry „Armyan“ Bernstein (geb. 12. August 1947) ist ein US-amerikanischer Filmregisseur, Filmproduzent und Drehbuchautor. Der Name seiner Produktionsfirma lautet Beacon Pictures, welche er 1990 mitbegründete.
