Dopachrom-Tautomerase (Dct) (Gen: DCT) heißt das Enzym, das Dopachrom zu 5,6-Dihydroxyindol-2-carboxylat (DHICA) umwandelt. Dieser Reaktionsschritt gehört zu einem von zwei Stoffwechselwegen zur Herstellung des Pigments Melanin.
