Geographie
Das County liegt im Süden von Tennessee, grenzt an Alabama und hat eine Fläche von 1478 Quadratkilometern, wovon 1 Quadratkilometer Wasserfläche ist. Es grenzt im Uhrzeigersinn an folgende Countys: Bedford County, Moore County, Franklin County, Madison County (Alabama), Limestone County (Alabama), Giles County und Marshall County.
Geschichte
Lincoln County wurde am 14. November 1809 aus Teilen des Bedford County gebildet. Die Durchschnittshaushaltsgröße betrug 2,47 und die durchschnittliche Haushaltsgröße betrug 2,93 Personen.
23,9 Prozent der Bevölkerung waren unter 18 Jahre alt, 8,0 Prozent zwischen 18 und 24, 27,7 Prozent zwischen 25 und 44, 24,9 Prozent zwischen 45 und 64 und 15,6 Prozent waren älter als 65. Das Durchschnittsalter betrug 39 Jahre. Auf 100 weibliche Personen kamen statistisch 93,9 männliche Personen und auf 100 Frauen im Alter von 18 Jahren und darüber kamen 90,8 Männer.
Das jährliche Durchschnittseinkommen eines Haushalts betrug 33.434 USD, das Durchschnittseinkommen der Familien betrug 41.211 USD. Männer hatten ein Durchschnittseinkommen von 30.917 USD, Frauen 21.722 USD.
