Papyrus 6 (in der Nummerierung nach Gregory-Aland <math>\mathfrak{P}</math>6) ist eine frühe Handschrift des Neuen Testaments in griechisch und koptisch (achmimisch). Es ist ein Papyrusmanuskript des Johannesevangeliums. Mit Paläographie wurde es auf das 4. Jahrhundert datiert.<ref name="Aland">Kurt und Barbara Aland: Der Text des Neuen Testaments. Inhalt
Der griechische Text des Manuskripts enthält: Evangelium nach Johannes 10:1–2.4–7. 9–10; 11:1–8. 45–52.
Der koptische (achmimische) Text des Kodex enthält: Johannes 10:1–12.20; 13:1–2.11–12; Jas 1:13–5:20.
Der griechische Text des Kodex repräsentiert den Alexandrinischen Texttyp. Aland ordnete ihn in Kategorie II ein.<ref name = Aland/>
Es wird zurzeit in der Bibliothèque nationale et universitaire (Pap. copt. 379. 381. 382. 384) in Straßburg aufbewahrt.<ref name = Aland/>
