Der Probe Launch Complex C (PLC-C) ist ein inaktiver Startplatz für Höhenforschungsraketen auf der heutigen Vandenberg Space Force Base in Kalifornien, USA.
Er wurde in den 1970er Jahren für den Start der Aerobee- und Tomahawk-Höhenforschungsraketen verwendet.
